I have over a decade of experience working in functional areas, including Project Management, Business Analysis, Software implementation, Change Management and Training.
I am also passionate about bringing together People, Process and Technology to drive efficiencies.
Whilst working with a range of businesses, I recognised that large organisations employ process improvement and system implementation personnel to make efficiencies or diversify their revenue streams. I also identified that due to the scale of operations, small and medium sized businesses cannot justify the investment in these personnel.
I strongly believes in supporting small and medium sized businesses and thus wanted to find a way to enable these organisations to benefit from process improvement skills.
